Lost Pet: Booger

Circumstances

I went to Virginia for a month to visit grandkids & a friend/neighbor kept him like usual. I use a boundary collar on Booger which keeps him from following other dogs everywhere. Friend did not charge collar (or didn’t turn it on) and Booger (aka Boo) followed his dog on an adventure and didn’t return with Rusty. We live in a country type area.
