Lost Pet: Winston "Frontera" Bishop McHugh

Circumstances

Hi, my parents dog got out of their yard sometime today in Shadow Hills (on the corner of Art St. and Orcas Ave.) 

His name is Winston and he is 8 years old and a small brown chihuahua mix. He?s wearing a USC collar with his name on it and their phone number. 

He has some cognitive issues and may be skittish or scared. Please let me know if anyone sees him or has any information! 818-681-0545
