Circumstances

Marty was lost at the Syracuse, NY State Fairgrounds. He got out of his collar and ran on 7/9/19. He is also wearing his electronic training collar from Sit Means Sit in Cicero NY . If you contact them they can trace him to us as well.  Their number 315-437-3647 .
