Together Again Story Release
By submitting, posting, or displaying any materials (text, picture and video), I grant to PetLink and Datamars the right to use, modify, and publicly display or re-display the testimonials or other statements from me (made without any compensation) with the use of my name and image in connection therewith on the PetLink Platform and in any other media (including, without limitation, e-mail blasts and mobile or text messages or applications) that are used by Petlink and its affiliated partners.
Your submission to this site must be original and created by you (not copied), in good taste, legal, accurate and true, non-defamatory, non-threatening, non-confidential, non-infringing of copyrights owned by others and relevant for this site.
I agree that no reworded material need be submitted to me for any approval. I further waive any and all rights that I may have over the use and display of any statements, including, without limitation, any right to approve such use and display so long as the statements made are not substantively altered.
I hereby agree to release and discharge PetLink, Datamars and its affiliates and shall neither sue nor bring any proceeding against any such parties for, any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, for defamation, violation of any moral rights, invasion of right of privacy, publicity or personality for the use, modification and publication, of any of the statements shared.
I represent and warrant that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years and have read and understand the contents of this Release.
