Circumstances

Niece in Canton, Mississippi took him on July 13, 2019 but she never transferred his micro chip info. She claimed before he had the chance to acclimate to his new surroundings he got out. When asked, her answers were evasive and always had excuses why she is not trying to catch him yet. I wonder if he even made it to her home or got out of her car on the way. So he could be anywhere between Rockford, MI and Canton, MS.
