Lost Pet: Toby

Circumstances

A small mostly black Tuxedo cat. He has been an indoor cat but got out of the house 10/28/19.  Toby is only 1  1/2 years old, small but cute.  He is very friendly and likes to be held.  He belongs to a 9 year old boy who received the cat because he was depressed after his Dad left.  Please help find him, missing in the Annapolis Mall/Epping Forest Road area.
