Lost Pet: Baby Girl

Circumstances

Taken from our home address while in the process of moving out of state.  Individual who took her is Jeffrey Haynes (of Temple GA)....he then  supposedly gave her to someone named Shirley (his wifes grandmother in douglasville ga)....don't have last name.  I confronted first person but he refuses to return my calls.
