He was taken for me on light rail train. I closed my eyes for a few moments and when I opened them back up all there was left was his collar and his leash I had hooked to my belt. I then got a call from a male after I had published a post on Multnomah county animal services website and he said that he for sure had found my dog and that him and his girlfriend planned on adopting him but that they live all the way in Redmond Washington which is 3 and 1/2 hours away from Portland Oregon. I now can't get a hold of them. They should have taken dog to Multnomah county animal services instead of taking him all the way up to washington. They should bring him back because his is actually serious theft.
