Nelson was adopted at 2 years of age as a stray in 2014. He is hard to keep inside, but after undergoing jaw surgery and getting beat-up by other neighborhood strays, we have done our best to keep him inside as much as possible. Recently, we started renovating my basement and he's been sneaking out with all the of workers coming and going. If we lock him in a room during construction hours, he lets us know just how much he hates it by peeing on stuff. Even if the litter box is in there with him. We've really done our best to keep him inside but he's a free spirit that hates to be locked up (hence his name). He loves to roam and meet new people, especially if they feed him. He will also try to come into your home. He's super sweet and very social. If he get out, he usually comes home either the night of, or maybe a day or two later. He's 16 years old and very precious to our family. Please keep an eye out for him.
