Lost Pet: Gavin

Circumstances

My ex and I agreed to share ownership of Gavin, however she has been uncommunicative over the last 3-4 months and will not allow me to see him. The New Castle County Police Department intervened on my behalf but she would still not allow me to see Gavin. I am considering him lost/stolen at this point.
