Someone spotted my dog earlier! He walked into a Penn Sign office, staff member walked out to look for owner noticed a woman outside with another dog. When asked if my dog was hers, she said no but offered to hold him and call the Humane Society.
The woman was about 5'7" with black hair, walking a beige and white Shih Tzu down 7th Avenue.
As of now, the Humane Society has not received any call or report about him.
Please keep an eye out ? if you see her or my dog, call the number on his tag right away. I just want to get him home safely. ???
