Hans was outside sitting on our porch from which he rarely moves during the morning. Today he smelled a turned over garbage can in the next cul-de-sac and was tempted away. He was not wearing his collar so the microchip made all the difference. The neighbor took him to a vet who promptly read the chip and notified us by email. We are all happy and relieved.
