On 2/18 our cat Jack went missing in the morning. I found a piece of a mutilated black and white cat next to my house. I didn’t believe it was Jack but my husband watched our surveillance cameras and saw a large fox drop the piece of the animal as my dogs scared him off. For months I was sick I never believed my Jack was killed by a fox.
On April 22nd, the Columbus Veterinary Hospital called and said my cat was found through PetLink. The vet said he was dying of starvation and most likely wouldn’t make it through the night. He was found around the corner trapped in a foreclosed house in the basement. We asked the vet to do what they could since he was only 3 years old and fought so hard to stay alive this long. The next day his temp was 99 and they said it was a miracle he made it through the night. He could barely walk and he had brain damage from malnutrition. It is a week later and he is walking, eating, cleaning himself and up to his old tricks. All thanks to PetLink and all the hard working staff at Columbus. Just a happy story to brighten your day. Please share and use PetLink.
