Our baby was found and brought home safely! It’s ONLY because he is chipped that he was reunited with us! His smart tag never updated after Aug 7th, and he was found in another city over 10mi away without his collar so I KNOW someone took him and destroyed his tag! He was reported to animal control as a stray and they were able to scan him and got in contact with me right away! I was so relieved to get that call and just sobbing on the phone with the officer when they told me he was ok! I was at work and the Animal Care officer was so kind to bring Max home to us! Now we just have to figure out how to keep him inside 😕
