I let Rusty outside (5th Ave. & 21st St) on the morning of November 8th 2023. He didn't return for his treats at around 6 pm. or his dinner at 8 pm. He has been known to do this on rare occasions, but never for more than a day or 2. I have checked the humane society and craigslist with no luck.
