I was very, very pleased to get my one-year-old Cocker Holly back so quickly. I didn’t realise Holly was missing. I didn’t get the gate fastened and she must have thought it was good times because she was off and gone. The first I knew was a call asking ‘Have you lost a white dog?’ Holly’s tagged for the city but the city couldn’t find the information to call us so they used a wand to scan her. As soon as the wand was waved over her head all the PetLink information came up. They brought Holly back and put her in the yard for me. Then, when I was back in the house, I looked on the phone and there was a detailed message with the officer’s name and number, then an email and a follow-up call from PetLink. The speed of PetLink’s phone and computer notifications is great.
