I had taken my dog, Rufus, over to my mother’s home. Rufus is known for going exploring and this time he had gotten out of his collar and jumped the fence. I received a call from PetLink at 3 a.m. letting me know Rufus had been found.
According to Animal Control, Rufus walked straight to the firehouse. My mom didn’t even know he had gotten loose. All that was left in her backyard was Rufus’ lead and collar. I was able to get Rufus the next morning when the pound opened. We are now reunited and I was very happy to be contacted so quickly about Rufus.
