My one-year-old Shih Tzu Bentley loves to dig under the fence. Bentley’s antics have got him into scrapes before. Running out the gate and tunnelling under the yard, he’s been lost three times and retrieved thanks to his PetLink identification. Microchips are the best thing ever! Bentley’s chip has brought him safely home to me each time in less than 24 hours. All the time I was worrying, “What if no one finds him?”, knowing he had a microchip provided a great relief. Bentley is a very intelligent creature but next time he tries to dig a hole in his favorite place under the fence he’ll discover that I got there first. Now a strong, wooden board marks the spot!
