Gracie is our 60 lb English Pointer – AKA my lap dog =)! When I’m cleaning house and she doesn’t want to be around the vacuum or just needs some outside time, I put her on the runner in the yard. The neighborhood kids have made a game of sneaking into the yard and letting her off the cable so she will run off. Gracie is six years old and we adopted her only five months ago so she hasn’t had any training.
Well, about two weeks ago, the kids snuck up and let her off the cable and that was the last we had seen of Gracie until yesterday!! I got an email from PetLink saying someone had found my baby! My four-year-old daughter squealed and jumped off the sofa! After a quick phone call to the woman who found Gracie we were off to drive an entire town away to get my princess! She has been sleeping a lot and had picked up worms somewhere on her travels but she is SAFE and HAPPY and I THANK YOU PETLINK! Without your help I don’t think we ever would’ve seen Gracie again.
