When I met my stray rescue, a Dachshund named Felix, we bonded immediately. When I found him and was living in a temporary foster situation myself, I did everything I could to adopt him permanently for my own. I mowed lawns to pay for his vetting and got him microchipped with PetLink. After years of insomnia, I can now sleep when he is with me. Felix has been the best thing in the world for me, and we are truly two of a kind. He is glued to me and I am lost without him. Thank goodness we found each other!
