My neighbor feeds my cats and, as a result, he decided my cat, Baldwin, was so friendly he would keep him. When I told my neighbor, “No, it’s my cat – please stop feeding it”, he took the cat to a vet out of county, saying it was a stray. Before seeing him as a new patient, the vet scanned my cat and called me right away. Shame on the neighbor for trying to steal my Baldwin!
