Of all the days to leave my cell phone at home! I was at work when my wife returned home to find that our dogs were not in the yard. After she looked around, she noticed a big hole under the fence where they had dug underneath and escaped.
She looked at my cell phone sitting on the charger where I left it and noticed two missed calls from unknown numbers. She listened to my voicemails and heard two messages stating our dogs were found about a mile away. She returned the call but by that time the SPCA had already been called and within 20 minutes they called her and told her our Lab Retriever, Buster, was checked and identified through his PetLink microchip. Thanks to the microchip registration, PetLink has all the pertinent information about myself, alternative contacts and about Buster. At last, the dogs are home safe!!!!!!
