This summer, my Australian Shepherd, Indy, ran out the front door after my other dog, Balboa. Balboa is deaf and so he wasn’t able to hear me yelling at him to come back. Indy stayed with Balboa running over a couple of blocks. Then, fortunately, the dogs met a couple of young people who were able to get them into their car. Next, they took them to the vet closest to my home where Indy was scanned for the microchip number and they could see I have two dogs registered with PetLink. We were all reunited the same day and I was so relieved to have both of my dogs home.
