My Lab Retriever Peach and my other dog got out onto the road. An old lady found them there and pulled her car over. She opened the door and called to them and they ran right over and jumped in her car. She took them to the Humane Society, they scanned them, called PetLink and PetLink called me and connected us. I met her at the mall and got my dogs back. I even offered her $20, but she wouldn’t take it. Talk about good human nature! The whole process worked great! The really amazing thing is that my wife had registered Peach on the PetLink website only 12 hours before he took off. What a Cinderella story!
