We recently moved to a new area and we now have a beautiful back yard for Charles to play in. The yard is so big that we also have gardeners come in weekly, and they enter through a side gate. The latch on that gate has a wire so it can be pulled, but that wire was bent and looks like it kept the latch partially open this week. Charles found his way to that gate and just walked right on out the door in the middle of the day.
We were so lucky that Charles was found just two blocks away from home. When they got the call, PetLink called all our numbers, finally reaching me at my office. I even got an email on my way to go bring Charles home. I can’t speak highly enough about the peace of mind from knowing PetLink is ready and waiting to help Charles get home safely. Even though this is only the second time we’ve had to rely on it. The service and help is worth every penny!
