We adopted our German Shepherd Chattern a year ago. With that adoption came a PetLink microchip and a collar showing my contact information. Then, in August Chattern ran off. Four days later we were contacted by our local shelter. It turned out that, over the course of her four days on the run, Chattern’s collar had come off or been removed, but her permanent microchip saved the day. If it hadn’t been for PetLink, I wouldn’t have been notified of Chattern’s whereabouts. PetLink is awesome!
