I was loading a goat we had raised into my SUV to take to a ranch by myself, when Moris ran right past me, out the front door and was gone. It was night and I had cattle in my car so I could not drive atone and chase after him like I normally do. Therefore, he made it out of our neighborhood and quite a ways down the road unbeknownst to me. I didn’t get home until the middle of the night and passed out asleep with worry and exhaustion. Up with the sun the next morning I was walking the roads calling his name with leash in hand; to no avail. Late that afternoon I get a call from the pet store vet that an angel of a person had not only found my dog, but drove him across town to a pet store on a Sunday to see if he was chipped. To which I’m overjoyed that I made the decision to do. Thank you PetLink for helping me get my boy back!
