My black Labrador Retriever, Beauty, went out for a walk. Part of our fence was broken due to a wind storm. Beauty went under the fence, but stayed in the neighborhood. She went through my neighbor’s yard, going down a path to the park in a big green belt by the canal. A lady saw her and called the dog catcher. The dog catcher from animal control picked Beauty up and scanned her little chip. He notified PetLink and in the snap of a finger they got in touch with me, sending an email and phone message saying she had been found. Instead of taking Beauty to the pound he drove her around until he was able to reach me. When I got home I saw the message PetLink had left. I was so happy. I can’t think of enough good things to say about PetLink. I’m so impressed with the follow-up.
