We were visiting in Ohio when Baxter ran out of the garage and down the street. He quickly disappeared, I spotted him once but he continued to run. My brother and I looked for Baxter on foot and in the car for 2 hours. I put Baxter’s blanket outside, hoping he would pick up his scent again, but time passed and no Baxter.
3 1/2 hours later I happen to notice a message on my cell phone that stated Baxter had been found! I could not believe it. I called PetLink and was assured that someone had found Baxter, took him to have his microchip read and wanted to return him to me. PetLink put me in touch with those who had found him and he was returned to me. Apparently he got tired and wandered into someone’s garage. So many bad things could have happened to Baxter, I can’t even count. Thank you PetLink and the caring family that found him.
