My cat, Jiji got out last night during the storm and we haven't been able to find her. Missing from neighborhood near Wilshire and Council. Black cat with bright green eyes and a green and white glow in the dark collar. She's friendly will likely plop and flop in front of a friendly stranger. She is microchipped.
