She is a female Black French Bulldog named Fiona / Shorty who is spayed. She was wearing a Bright Orange collar. She went over the invisible fence boundary and on our cameras she turned left in our neighborhood on Cranes Corner Road Fredericksburg, VA. We have not been able to find her.
