I surrendered flounder in May 2025 to Mark Ptomey who I just found out today was arrested for animal cruelty. I was deceived and told by him that he would take care of him until someone else could foster him. He last told me that he took Flounder to the vet because he was sick but Flounder was not sick in my care. I want to know that Flounder is okay and if he was given to someone else.
