Wife and child left house during domestic and child abuse on 1/10. PFA was filed and awarded on 1/13/2026. Upon re entering the home for the first time and checking cameras we now know anibal delarosa left the house sunday night at 9 pm with the dog. However, since he will likely move in with his parents in an apartment in NY city he has nowhere to keep the dog. If this dog is out loose or being turned in at a shelter, I and my child still want to own this dog. We believe he will let him go or take.him to a shlrter in spite towards us.
