This my cat Cecelia! Yesterday around 5:39 am she snuck out of our apartment in the rain. She's 9 years old and she has the tip of left ear has been clipped. It's been more than 24 hours and I really want her to come home. She was last seen on West 46th and Colley Ave. She is microchipped but she not wearing her collar. She very skittish but she does love wet cat treats.
