This is Hooch. He bolted from the Orin Jct Rest Area (Lusk, WY exit) and I-25. I believe he saw a rabbit or ground hog. He ran very fast. I am his new owner, just picked him up from the Weston County Human Society and we were on our way to his forever home with me. My mother was walking him when he bolted and she wasn't strong enough to keep hold of his leash. We have searched the area thinking he might be hiding as he is a very shy dog, very submissive, NON aggressive. He has a purple collar on with a 6 foot blue rope leash.
