Circumstances

Meelo is grey with yellow eyes, appears to be a British Shorthair mix, and is missing his tail, where there is a small nub. The hair around his butt is also shorter when surgery was done to remove his tail. He has a round face and white whiskers. He jumped out of our car at the apartments at 627 E El Camino Real Sunnyvale California (across the street from In-n-out and next to Molly Tea). We saw him run under another car and disappeared after.
