Circumstances

Slipped out of harness in Waukegan, IL. Near intersection of Partridge & Yeoman 5/31/26. Harvey is an indoor cat, adopted as a stray at 6-months old Dec '24. Jumped over backyard fence into neighbor's yard, eastwards, towards Lyons Woods & direction of Lake Michigan. Harvey is 2 years old, has a large volume of white on his chest, black blotches under his nose (white on either side of his mouth), white paws, a white belly, an entirely black tail, & a stripe of white on the outside of one back leg. He's neutered & recently vaccinated. Generally friendly & sweet, but anxiety prone & skittish. Prone to developing urinary crystals. Eats urinary formula food. About 16 pounds when went missing, though its been nearly 2-months, so that could've changed in either direction. A lot of people in neighborhood feeding strays.
