My Corgi, Duke, has made a habit of getting out when there is bad weather. Some storms came through the area recently and wetted the ground real good. This made the ground unstable underneath our gate and it upset one of the posts, letting the latch free, and Duke was able to get out.
A neighbor picked him up and brought him to Animal Control to have him scanned and he was returned to us very quickly. This is the third time PetLink has reunited us with Duke! Here he is (on the right) with his special friend, Duchess.
