YES!! We’ve been reunited with Figgy! You can’t imagine the shock and excitement I felt when my husband got a phone call from a spay and neuter facility in Houston telling us that they had our cat, Figaro. Figaro had been missing a little over a year after he had lost his breakaway collar – which did happen all the time. I usually have a spare collar for him but, as fate would have it, not the last time he lost it. In fact I was going to buy one the next day after both the collar and Figgy were lost, but then I never saw him again. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your service, PetLink. Figaro has been wrapped around my neck purring all night. The strange thing is, he’s been living only eight blocks from our house. The ladies who were feeding Figaro decided to trap him and have him neutered. Of course, once they had him scanned they discovered, not only that Figaro had already availed of that service, they also found us! All this activity occurred on National Cat Day. Best. Day. Ever.
