It was a pleasure receiving that phone call last night from PetLink saying that my beloved German Shepherd, Sable, had been located. It’s been a very long and sad period in our family’s life these past seven months, not knowing if we were ever going to see our Sable again. When I picked him up today I was worried about his condition, wondering whether he was going to remember us, and about just what type of things he had been exposed to during all that time. Once I arrived at the Humane Society I was so relieved to see my Sable! We are all happy that he is back home and we know Sable is happy to be back home too. We were all concerned about his condition and noticed damage to his ear and that he was super skinny. Other than that, he looks pretty good for a dog that’s been doing heaven knows what for over half a year! I thank God that he is alive and safely back home. I also thank PetLink for doing such a great job on reuniting our family again.
