I have to say I am very grateful to PetLink. I moved from my home state of New Jersey in March of 2013. When I went I had to leave my Yorkshire Terrier, Brooklyn, behind. I gave her to my husband’s daughter and her family. I was going into work just three months after leaving Brooklyn behind – remembering it still breaks my heart – and my phone rang. It was the local animal shelter in New Jersey. They had found Brooklyn and, thanks to her PetLink registration, they were able to reach me. I called the family to whom I’d given Brooklyn. The mom had no idea that Brooklyn had gotten out as she was at work. Within just 20 minutes of my receiving the phone call, Brooklyn was reunited with her adopted family. When I am next in the position of getting another dog it will be microchipped with PetLink. Thank you very much!
