Mia, our Boxer, went missing at the end of 2013. Quite unexpectedly, two and a half years later, I went to work, checked my email and found a message from PetLink saying that Mia had been found!! I was so excited and called the shelter immediately. That was when I learned that Mia had already been claimed by a family in a neighborhood nearby. Oddly they called her Mia too. I now believe that Mia had been found, or even stolen, by this person who then lost her again and went to collect her from the County Sheriff’s Department. PetLink provided the final piece of the puzzle that led to the retrieval of our long lost pet. Thank you so much for your service, PetLink – without it we would have never seen Mia again!
