I got Abu, my Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, microchipped on January 15th and it’s a good thing that I did! Just four days later, on January 19th, I reported Abu lost and within a few hours I was reunited with him. A Good Samaritan found Abu and dropped him off at my local veterinary hospital. PetLink immediately notified me though a text message when Abu was found. PetLink also called me and transferred me to the veterinarian that had Abu. I was reunited with Abu on the very same day I reported him lost and from the time I received the vet’s call to being together again was only 45 minutes!
