Cindy was found December 29, 2023 by a Good Samaritan who kept her warm and safe. Last night we were contacted by PetLink to inform us where Cindy was and returned to her owner. Cindy is our mom’s emotional support pet and her return has made our mom smile again. We are eternally grateful to the people who found Cindy and took good care of her until they were able to locate us.
