We have an invisible fence and Baxter wanders around the yard across our two acres. Last Tuesday was a typical day outside for him but when I called him in the evening he wasn’t coming in. I stopped calling him eventually and went to bed at midnight. The next morning I continued to call and call and call and then the worry began as to what happened to him. At 5 o’clock or so I heard from the animal shelter through PetLink. Baxter was two miles or so from where he lives. He got stuck in somebody’s basement at a new home construction. He’d fallen down into the basement and in the morning the workers heard him barking. PetLink connected me with the shelter and they brought him back to the house. I was extremely ecstatic to get the phone call and the immediate response of contact and receive Baxter back in our care. Thanks for finding him. I didn’t even get a chance to report him lost and you guys were calling me and telling me he’s found! Yay!
