Our adorable gray cat, Oscar, or Oksana, because she’s actually a girl, was gone for six months! A call came from PetLink and we learned that someone had heard Oscar meowing and had taken her to a vet. The vet scanned Oscar’s microchip which showed she was registered with PetLink. They contacted PetLink who provided the vet with our information. Oscar came home and we realized she had had a broken hip which, thankfully, was now healed. She is a survivor.
