Our German Shepherd, Baleigh, was outside with my husband and went to chase something. But then, when she hit the electric fence she took off. She had only been with us for a week, and had not been able to really learn her area yet. We live on a farm with about 145 acres and a lot of other farms around us. I never thought she would make it back.
PetLink gave me tips on how to get the help I needed, and thanks to you we made our own posters. Everyone in our community was out looking for Baleigh. Two little girls stopped cars in their neighborhood and showed drivers the ‘Missing dog’ poster. Turned out that Baleigh had been spotted by several people, and now people started looking in those place too. I want to send my thanks to those little angels holding up Baleigh’s poster and stopping everyone they could. Baleigh found her way home on her own, after two nights and one full day away. But knowing that even the youngest members of the community were rooting for her helped, and they gave us a wonderful support system.
I was reunited with my baby today thanks toPetlink. Read more
