Well, Simba likes to go and stay in front of the house everyday and then just comes right back in to sleep. But the night of 2/15/2012 he never came back inside, not even when we called him. After about two days we chose to go and look for him but came up with nothing. We chose to place him as missing on PetLink.
A week went by and still no word of Simba. But on 2/24/2012 we had chosen to get a new cat and if we could find Simba we would have both and they would become friends. That day, we went to the shelter to go and get our new cat. Right when we are signing the paper work we get a phone call telling us that someone has found Simba. We were just sitting there thinking ’Wow! What are the odds that just when we sign for the new cat – to be named later – we find Simba?’ So, now we have two cats and we love them both.
