Lola is a little black Yorkshire Terrier. She normally never runs away but at that moment she was in heat. I was fixing my car in the back yard and she was around me all the time. Then I noticed she wasn’t there. Me and my wife were running and driving around the neighbourhood with the windows open shouting “Lola, Lola, Lola!” Thankfully she had a PetLink microchip and collar tag and I got a call from PetLink that somebody found her several blocks away. It was quite far from our house but the guy who called PetLink drove by and brought me Lola. Without PetLink what would we do? The funny part of this story is that several days later the phone rang and it was PetLink saying “We found Lola”. We said “Yes, like four days ago” but PetLink said “No, we found her now”. She had got out a second time and was found before we even knew she was lost! We looked all around our house and realised that indeed she wasn’t there. A local pet lady was so kind to wait with Lola until we came to get her again. Thank you so much, without you it would not be possible.
