Circumstances

Bear is my dog and is microchipped and registered to me. He is currently missing from my possession, and I am unable to regain custody of him. Bear was left with Brian under circumstances I understood to be temporary care/fostering, not a permanent transfer of ownership. I did not authorize a permanent transfer. I have contacted Brian and requested that Bear be returned to me, but he has read my message and has not responded or made arrangements for Bear?s return. I am reporting Bear as missing because I do not currently have possession or access to him. I am requesting that PetLink flag his microchip as belonging to a missing pet and notify me if Bear is scanned by a veterinarian, shelter, animal control, rescue, or other animal professional. I can provide proof of ownership, microchip registration, photos, and documentation of my attempts to recover Bear. Last seen near SW 168th St in Oklahoma City.
